SkySport recently published a photo of Lyon coach Fabio Grosso, who shows the damage his injury caused during the bus attacks perpetrated this Sunday in Marseille.

Injured when Olympique Lyonnais buses and its supporters were stoned this Sunday, on the road to the Vélodrome before Marseille-Lyon, Rhone coach Fabio Grosso received 12 stitches in his face.

The transalpine technician, hit in the forehead and left eye by shards of glass, arrived at the Marseille enclosure bleeding, before being taken care of in the infirmary. He ultimately only came out with a huge bandage on the top of his head.

This Monday, a recent photo of Grosso was shared by Sky Sport. We can see the OL coach, the swollen face as well as the stitches present on his left brow bone, going up to the beginning of his forehead.

Back in Lyon, the former manager of Frosinone Calcio was left to rest. The latter should return to service on Tuesday, during the Gones’ next training session.
