Still led by the twirling Florian Wirtz after returning from the locker room, the B04 passed the second on the hour mark. On a delivery from the German winger, Jonas Hoffmann tried his luck outside the area, or the strike from the former M’Gladbach playmaker hit the left post. Unhappy, the doorkeeper Breisgau-Brasilianer propelled the leather against his will into his own cages (2-0, 60th). Less than ten minutes later, Friborg got its head above water thanks to Manuel Gulde. Having come into play earlier, the SCF defender reduced the score with a helmet strike on a well-taken corner from Vincenzo Griffo (2-1, 69th).
