Interested in the profile of Paris Saint-Germain French striker Hugo Ekitike, a Premier League club could go on the offensive in January.

Since his arrival at Paris Saint-Germain on loan from Stade de Reims in July 2022, Hugo Ekitike has failed to meet expectations.

Definitively purchased by the capital club for 35 million euros this summer, the 21-year-old center forward is however being sidelined by the Parisian group.

Thus, he has not taken part in any official match under the Parisian colors since the start of this 2023-24 financial year. The fault lies in his refusal to be included in the deal for the transfer of Randal Kolo Muani from Eintracht Frankfurt to PSG. The future of Ekitike in Paris therefore seems to be dotted.

And if we believe Foot Mercato, the French international still enjoys a certain level of popularity in France – notably with LOSC, which still closely monitors his situation – but also across the Channel.

Indeed, according to our colleagues, a Premier League club whose identity has not been revealed could consider making a loan offer for the former Rémois. And this, from the winter transfer window in January.
