On the menu for Christmas celebrations across the Channel, the English elite have planned a meeting on New Year’s Eve itself, December 24 – a first since 1995.
Chelsea will have this honor, on the lawn of Wolverhampton. The poster for the day will have pitted Liverpool and Arsenal against each other the day before.
