Saudi club Al Ahli covets Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior.
Over the past two years, Vinicius Junior has established himself as one of the best players in world football. Since the arrival of Carlo Ancelotti at the helm of Real Madrid, the 23-year-old has been in sensational form.
Vinicius is expected to stay at Real Madrid for the majority of his career, but Saudi club Al Ahli don’t appear to have gotten the memo, as Sport claims he is preparing the transfer of the Brazilian international striker.
Officially, Vinicius is yet to sign his new contract with Real and, with his current contract expiring at the end of the season, Al Ahli are reportedly planning to lure him to the Middle East with a contract offer of 200 million euros per year.
However, it is very unlikely that they will succeed. Vinicius has already agreed a new lease with Real Madrid, which is expected to be announced in the coming weeks. So Madridistas around the world can relax, because one of their stars isn’t going anywhere.
