De Gea returns to Manchester United… to train

This summer, David De Gea left Manchester United after more than 10 years in goal. If his career in England has been full of ups and downs, there is no doubt that the performances of André Onana must make the Spanish goalkeeper, who has still not bounced back elsewhere, ruminate. Indeed, at 32 years old, the goalkeeper is without a club. Which probably explains why he is back in Manchester, training and trying to stay in shape within the Mancunian facilities.

But according to Relevo, David De Gea would be returning to England for economic reasons as well. The doorman actually needs to stay a little longer than expected on English territory because it takes 6 months for the taxes to be collected. These are nevertheless taxed in relation to the duration of residence and not for the totality of all the income that he can receive (salaries, image rights, properties, etc.). Far from Spain therefore, for sporting reasons, but also economic ones. Let’s hope that David De Gea still finds a club as soon as possible, he who has already been approached by Saudi and American offers.
