As expected, Warren Zaire-Emery is out for the Strasbourg reception this Saturday in Ligue 1.

Bad news for PSG. An indisputable starter in the Parisian midfield since the start of the season, Warren Zaire-Emery is forced to withdraw from the French champions’ match this Saturday (5 p.m.), against Strasbourg.

Hit in an ankle during the international window, the 17-year-old midfielder “suffered a trauma to his left ankle during the selection and will be unavailable for the match against Strasbourg”the capital club announced this Friday in its medical point.

Back for C1?

According to information from RMC Sport, Zaire-Emery is only being spared for the reception of AC Milan on Wednesday evening in the Champions League. Also note that “Marco Asensio and Presnel Kimpembe are continuing their recovery protocol”, while Nuno Mendes “observes a recovery period after his operation”. The three men are therefore forfeited for receiving the RCSA.
