Other clubs that Real Madrid are reportedly eyeing French star Kylian Mbappé with a view to a transfer next summer.
Premier League clubs are reportedly ready to make offers to Paris Saint-Germain for Kylian Mbappé as early as next January. The French star will be at the end of his contract in the summer of 2024 and the site Le 10 Sport claims that there is a lot of interest in his services.
The English ready to move for Mbappé
It is very likely that Mbappe will sign for Real Madrid this summer, but nothing has been decided yet. The source adds that Liverpool and Chelsea would offer him “significant contracts” in the winter. They thus hope to convince PSG to release their star for compensation rather than running the risk of seeing him leave free next summer if there is no initial extension.
Asked about Mbappe, whom he coached at PSG, Mauricio Pochettino, the Chelsea manager, declared a few weeks ago: “I think in the past we have been very close. He and I get along well at Paris Saint-Germain. But, with Kylian I think I have to be aware that I can’t talk too much. Everything you say is too loud. Concerning Liverpool, we know that interest in the Bondynois is very old. Jurgen Klopp has admired the French player since his emergence in Monaco. In 2017, he did everything to attract him to Anfield but without success. The German does not despair, however, and is therefore ready to try his luck again.
