Austria will play Euro 2024, qualified this Monday evening after its victory in Azerbaijan.

Small success but big reward for the Austrian national selection, victorious in Baku this Monday evening by the narrowest of margins (0-1).

Thanks to Sabitzer, scorer from the penalty spot after returning from the locker room (48e), Austria has the assurance of accompanying Belgium to Germany, future host of the European Championship, at the expense of Sweden in particular.

Austria is the eighth country qualified for Euro 2024 after Germany, France, Portugal, Belgium, Spain, Scotland and Turkey.
