It’s a massacre at Chelsea! Having to deal with numerous executives injured for several weeks like Ben Chilwell, Reece James and Wesley Fofana to name but a few, the London club has just suffered yet another hard blow. Called up with the England U21s, Cole Palmer was forced to give up his place in the 52nd minute during his team’s resounding victory against Serbia (9-1).

According to the British press, the exact nature and severity of the young Chelsea midfielder’s injury have not been communicated. But everything suggests that the 21-year-old suffered a relapse in his hamstring a few days after being weakened there during the duel against Burnley (4-1) counting for the 8th day of the Premier League . A hard blow for the Blues as well as for the native of Wythenshawe, recruited for €47 million from Manchester City this summer and author of 5 appearances for 1 goal with the residents of Stamford Bridge this season.
