After the victory of the Blues in the Netherlands on Friday evening (1-2), synonymous with qualification for Euro 2024 for the Blues, Antoine Griezmann displayed his great ambitions.

It’s a big hit for the Blues. Traveling to Amsterdam Friday evening to challenge the Netherlands, the France team achieved a sixth success in a row – in as many matches – in the qualifiers for Euro 2024, qualifying at the same time for the competition which will take place in less than one year in Germany.

Holder and very good news against the Batavians, Antoine Griezmann spoke to the L’Equipe channel after the match. Satisfied with a job accomplished, the Atlético Madrid striker announced his colors with a view to the Euro.

“We have the team to win this Euro”

” That feels good, he confided. We are very happy, very proud. We won all our matches. The goal is reached. We know that we have the team to win this Euro. Strong group or not, it’s complicated to go to Ireland, we sucked. It was difficult here too. Whether it’s a friendly or not, we’re the French team, we have to win otherwise we’ll get a slap on the wrist. It was a bit of a tough group, especially on the outside. »

Antoine Griezmann played his 81st consecutive match with the Blues in the Netherlands. A record, of course.
