Mattéo Guendouzi’s agent gave interesting information on his client’s departure from OM.
Mateo Guendouzi’s agent, Stefano Antonelli, gave an interview to Italian media in which he said everything about the conditions of his client’s transfer from OM to Lazio.
Sarri insisted on Guendouzi
For Sportitalia, the representative of the French international suggested that this transfer would not have been possible without the insistence of Maurizio Sarri.
“Lazio were looking for a replacement for (Sergej) Milinkovic-Savic, so to speak. They explored multiple situations, Sarri had a fundamental role in identifying the different possible solutions. At a certain point I made this proposal which was evaluated very positively by the Biancocelesti”, he revealed.
Even if he did not play much in Marseille during the last months of Tudor, Guendouzi quickly gained unanimous support in the Eternal City. “And I have to be very sincere in saying that (President Claudio) Lotito has been good in completely believing in it to make sure everything goes well,” Antonelli added.
