Thirteen years, 7 months and 12 days. This is the age at which Da’vian Kimbrough made his debut with Sacramento Republic, in the USL, the equivalent of the American second division. This young Californian thus becomes the young professional footballer in the United States.

Da’vian Kimbrough breaks the record of Axel Kei, who was 13 years, 9 months and 9 days old when he made his debut for the Real Monarchs in 2021. In the list of precocious phenomena, he joins the infamous Freddy Adu, who started at 14 with DC United in MLS in 2004, without having a great career thereafter. The Canadian Alphonso Davies holds the record for the youngest scorer in USL (15 years, 6 months and 13 days), and is now enjoying the glory days of Bayern Munich.

Da’vian Kimbrough has dual nationality, American and Californian. He has just participated in a training camp with the Mexican U16s.
