Opponent of OM, next Thursday in the Europa League, Brighton had a bad Saturday against Aston Villa.

We do not yet know if this constitutes good news for OM but their next opponent, after AS Monaco this Saturday evening in Ligue 1, has just taken a big blow to the head.

Brighton were outclassed by Aston Villa (6-1), Saturday on the occasion of the 7th day of the Premier League. Roberto de Zerbi’s players were already 3-0 down after less than half an hour of play.

After this rout suffered in Birmingham, the Seagulls will face OM on Thursday at the Vélodrome stadium in Marseille for the 2nd day of the Europa League.

Brighton had a difficult week with the elimination in the League Cup on Wednesday at Chelsea (0-1).

OM supporters are hoping for a never two without three (defeats) for the English team.
