PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi spoke highly of his star player.
Kylian Mbappé is PSG’s key player. This is even more the case at the start of the season since he has scored 8 times in 6 matches. While he was close to leaving during the transfer window, he continues to have a good time at the capital club.
“Mbappé is the best in the world”
The first to welcome this state of affairs is none other than Nasser Al-Khelaifi. While he had invited him to change his tunic if he did not continue, he now has a completely different speech towards him. “Kylian Mbappé is a PSG player. We are happy to have it and we will continue to have it. He loves this club and he is a fantastic player. It’s the best in the world. We are happy”, he told Polish website Meczyki.pl.
It now remains to resolve the question of Mbappé’s future. The latter’s contract always expires at the end of the current financial year. If there is no agreement between now and then between the two parties, the former Monegasque will leave the capital free and without any compensation for the club where he has played for six years.
Mbappé has just returned to training after suffering from ankle pain during the week. Luis Enrique, his coach, confirmed that he was operational for the opposition against Clermont this weekend.
