The players of the French team received a meeting notification from Didier Deschamps. The coach will give his list on October 5 for the two upcoming Blues matches.
A month after the last outing of the France team, punctuated by a victory against Ireland in qualifying for Euro 2024 (2-0) and a defeat in a friendly against Germany (2-1 ), the time has already come for Didier Deschamps to prepare for his group’s next international meeting. On October 5 (2 p.m.), the French coach will give the list of players selected for the occasion. The FFF communicated the date this Thursday.
Two new matches will be on the program for this penultimate meeting of the year 2023. First of all there will be the meeting on October 13 which will be played in the Netherlands, as part of the qualifiers for Euro 2024. Then , four days later, a new friendly match will be offered to the Blues with the reception of Scotland at the Pierre-Mauroy stadium in Lille.

Last meeting in November
Once this stage has passed, the French players will have a final gathering in November with two qualifying matches for Euro 2024, respectively against Gibraltar (on the 18th) and in Greece (on the 21st). It will then be over for the Blues in 2023.
