PSG forced to move?

Newly inaugurated, the new PSG training center poses a problem.

Launched since the start of the season, praised for the quality of its infrastructure by Luis Enrique himself, the Poissy complex, called Campus PSG, is not the expected cocoon for Parisians who have left behind their historic Camp des Loges.

The Team reports an unlikely major concern: the exposure of the premises to the wind. A problem which could have been anticipated but which was not and which today puts the first team – particularly affected since its installations are placed on the heights of the site – in embarrassment.

Impossible exercises

According to club employees, training is disrupted, to such an extent that it is sometimes difficult to cope with the gusts. Drills for long transmissions or set pieces are simply not possible depending on the strength of the wind.

Some also point to the deafening and continuous noise of the A13 motorway – ultimately making the environment much less comfortable than on paper. Developments are obviously planned shortly but it will not be easy to remedy this natural problem linked to the whims of Aeolus.
