Paul Pogba has chosen to defend himself against doping accusations. Testing positive for testosterone, the 30-year-old French midfielder indicated that he intended to request a second opinion.

But while a result was expected on September 20, Sky Italy announces that the verdict has been postponed. Pogba and his family will have to wait until October 5 to find out if the second sample clears him of innocence or confirms his doping.
