PSG – OGC Nice: probable line-ups

Here we go again for Ligue 1. After a long two-week international break, the French championship makes its return, favoring the reigning champion on the program. This evening, PSG hosts OGC Nice at the Parc des Princes (kick-off 9 p.m.) for the opening of this 5th day. In addition to the return to competition, this evening should be full of emotion since the Parisian public will be able to say goodbye to their darling child, Marco Verratti, who left for Al-Arabi after 11 years in red and blue.

The club wanted to take another direction with the old veterans in the locker room. Another generation took power like Donnarumma, holder this evening, protected by a defense made up of Hakimi and Hernandez on the sides, and a Danilo-Skriniar hinge, Marquinhos returning from Brazil. Luis Enrique changes his team which wins in terms of the rearguard. Elsewhere, things may also change. Ugarte having also returned from South America for only a few hours, we should find Zaire-Emery and Soler in the midfield, in addition to Vitinha announced at low point.

What about the attack in Paris?

Ahead, there remain some uncertainties. The cards are reshuffled after Marco Asensio’s withdrawal for several weeks. Kylian Mbappé is uncertain following his patellar tendon injury sustained during a training session with the Blues. Kolo Muani would start on the right but it remains to be seen who he would be associated with. Gonçalo Ramos will probably start up front, either with Kylian Mbappé if the Frenchman is fit, otherwise with Dembélé, whose presence in the eleven is uncertain.

On the OGC Nice side, we should have more or less the same team that beat Strasbourg on the last day. Bulka, new starter in goal, will be there against his former club. Atal and Bard are off to a good start, as are Dante the captain, and Todibo, the new French international. Sanson, Ndayishimiye and Kephren Thuram are expected in the middle in order to launch a very promising attack on paper: Laborde-Moffi-Boga. Enough to undermine any L1 defense.
