Jadon Sancho continues to eat his black bread. Left out of the Manchester United squad last weekend at Arsenal by Erik ten Hag (1-3), the England international immediately made headlines for publicly contesting the reasons given by his coach. Some club legends, like Rio Ferdinand, did not hesitate to point out the behavior of the former Borussia Dortmund player.

The former defender notably declared that faced with the problem, there were not many solutions, “that of Saudi Arabia, where the transfer window is still open. Or you’re on the bench and you don’t make the team for the rest of the season.” Since then the Saudi market has closed its doors and Sancho is still at the club. Al-Ettifaq tried to recruit him at the last moment on a loan but it ultimately did not work out.

The locker room took up the cause of Ten Hag

We will have to do with the Englishman which does not really enchant the locker room according to the Daily Mail. The British tabloid reports that the behavior displayed by Sancho, particularly during training sessions, would cause tension among a large part of the locker room. His last outing on social networks to express his anger against Erik t’en Hag did not help matters, on the contrary.

If he considers himself “scapegoat” in this story, the 23-year-old winger especially alienated his teammates. Some had already not appreciated certain delays in training. They also took the side of their coach, whose pragmatism is appreciated. This had already been the case a year ago to resolve the Ronaldo case. The Dutchman didn’t take it lightly either with Rashford, who was also late during a session. Sancho knows what to expect if he doesn’t change his behavior…
