Al-Ettifaq offers itself a new defector from the Premier League a few hours before the closing of the transfer market. After Jordan Henderson from Liverpool, it’s Demarai Gray’s turn to leave the banks of the Mersey to join Saudi Arabia. Everton, open to the departure of their winger, have reached an agreement with the resident of the Saudi Pro League for a transfer of around 9 M€, bonus included.

A time announced on the LOSC shortlist, the 27-year-old will offer himself a new challenge outside the Old Continent. After successfully passing his medical exams, the Jamaican international (5 caps, 2 goals) signed up until June 2027 with the team led by Steven Gerrard.
