With the summer transfer window set to close in a few hours, Liverpool are working in the final minutes of this transfer window to strengthen their midfield. Indeed, the Reds’ midfield has been greatly affected by a wave of departures, as Fabinho and Jordan Henderson joined Saudi Arabia – respectively at Al-Ittihad and Al-Ettifaq – while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain left the Mersey at the end of his contract (to sign for Besiktas), as did James Milner (Brighton) and Naby Keita (Werder Bremen).

To overcome this wave on the output side, the Liverpool management has taken out the means to secure the services of the Hungarian international Dominik Szoboszlai (ex-Leipzig) and the world champion with the Albiceleste Alexis Mac Allister (Brighton). And after the failures on the Caicedo and Lavia files, both of whom left for Chelsea, the fifth in the Premier League last year – thus competing in the Europa League this season – finally fell back on the Japanese international Wataru Endo. And they won’t be the only reinforcements in the middle…

New reinforcement for the Reds

Indeed, the LFC has just announced the signing of Dutch international midfielder Ryan Gravenberch (21), from Bayern Munich. “Liverpool FC have completed the signing of midfielder Ryan Gravenberch from Bayern Munich on a long-term contract, subject to a work permit. Dutch international Gravenberch becomes the Reds’ fourth signing of the summer after undergoing a medical and finalizing the deal at the AXA academy today.can we read in the press release on the official website.

Arrived from the side of Bavaria against a check for 20 million euros sent to Ajax Amsterdam, the international Oranje has not really succeeded in establishing himself in the Munich midfield despite 34 games played in all competitions since his arrival, the latest being his entry into play at the start of the season at home against Augsburg (3-1 victory). A new challenge is therefore offered to the native of Amsterdam, who will therefore discover the Premier League in the red jersey of Anfield Road.
