This Sunday, the 7th day of the Premier League offered us a nice program. Brighton livened up the debates. The Seagulls quickly pushed Crystal Palace into error with an own goal from Jaydee Canvot (4th). Just behind, Diego Gómez hit the nail on the head with a shot from the central circle (7th). Then Yasin Ayari registered a new pawn (10th). Totally crushed, Pierre Sage’s team cracked again just behind with this achievement from Charalampos Kostoulas (49th) and that later from Jack Hinshelwood (84th). With this 5-0 victory, Brighton climbs to second place. The Eagles are in 14th place and that won’t help Pierre Sage’s situation.

Another threatened coach, Michael Carrick, was on the pitch at Leeds United. A trap match since the Peacocks did poorly on the counterattack. However, it was Bryan Mbeumo (35th) who opened the scoring. But Dominic Calvert-Lewin equalized after returning from the locker room (51st). With this 1-1 draw, Leeds United are seventh while Manchester United are thirteenth. Finally, Bournemouth left the red zone at the expense of Sunderland. In a match between teams in difficulty, the Cherries quickly scored thanks to Marcus Tavernier (6th). With the expulsion of Kevin Danso (17th), everything became simpler and Evanilson (48th) doubled the lead. A great 2-0 victory for Marco Rose’s team which is now fifteenth.
