AC Milan are hit by bad news on the eve of their trip to Bournemouth in the Europa League. According to Sky SportsGonçalo Ramos injured his calf during the last training session at Milanello. The Portuguese striker is said to be suffering from a pulled muscle and has already left the Rossoneri training center. He will not be traveling to England for the third day of the competition, scheduled for Thursday evening at 9 p.m.
This injury also raises concerns for the Lombard club’s upcoming games. Ramos is expected to miss the trip to Udine and his presence for the next derby remains very uncertain. However, the medical staff hopes to get him back on his feet for the October 31 meeting at San Siro. Additional examinations are planned for tomorrow in order to determine more precisely the duration of his unavailability.
