Ligue 2 has a new leader. Even if temporarily. Red Star took power this Saturday as part of the 8th act of the championship.

And four! Four consecutive victories for the Red Star which this Saturday took control of Ligue 2, defeating Clermont in the 8^e lifting of the championship.

A double from Jovany Ikanga and a goal from Damien Durand allowed the Audoniens to make the difference (2-3) against the Auvergnats who find themselves 17^e in the ranking.

While waiting for Saint-Étienne’s possible response against Rodez in the evening, Red Star has a one-length margin at the top of the standings, two ahead of Montpellier who had dominated Grenoble the day before.

Fourth, Reims is three points behind after a goalless draw on the Nantes pitch this Saturday afternoon.
