Farès Ghedjemis extends with Frosinone

Followed insistently by AS Monaco this summer, as we revealed to you exclusively, Farès Ghedjemis will ultimately not leave Frosinone. The 24-year-old Algerian international winger extended his contract with the Italian club this Thursday, with which he is now linked until June 30, 2030.

Author of 15 goals and 3 assists last season, Ghedjemis had attracted the interest of several European clubs, including Monaco, who tried to recruit him for around 10 million euros. Frosinone ultimately refused to sell his player, who had become one of the important elements of the club after its rise to Serie A. An extended lease which should allow the Italian club to recover more money in the event of his departure in the coming months.
