Disaster confirmed for FC Nantes

While FC Nantes is going through a difficult period on a sporting level, a great hope of the club should be absent for many months.

While the file for the sale of the club is the news around FC Nantes, the international break should allow Grégory Poirier to prepare for the rest of the season, he who arrived along the way, after the ouster of Michel Der Zakarian after only three days.

The Canaries coach still learned bad news with the injury of his defender Tylel Tati. The former Roissy-en-Brie player was taken out on a stretcher, injured in one knee, with the French U19 team.

The verdict is confirmed this Friday by L’Equipe, and it is not very good. Tylel Tati should therefore be absent for a period of around three months. Ouest-France confirms the information by indicating that the player, affected in the meniscus, will undergo surgery.

Tylel Tati, an astonishing trajectory

This is a big blow for Tylel Tati… for his market value, which is no longer what it was a few months ago. The young defender was the revelation of the first part of last season, which pushed Chelsea to make an offer of 30 million euros to recruit him last January.

In the process, Tati saw his playing time drop in the second part of the championship. In Ligue 2, he started the first two matches before never leaving the sidelines, after a fatal error in Laval. Now he will have to wait until January to return to the field. In Nantes… or elsewhere?
