AC Milan: Red Bird confirms the departure of Giorgio Furlani

Giorgio Furlani is officially no longer the CEO of AC Milan. After the announcement of the restructuring carried out by RedBird on May 25, the former manager remained formally in office until this Tuesday, his departure now being recorded with the publication of the new organizational chart in the company’s commercial register. His name no longer appears on the board of directors of the Lombard club.

The new Milanese executive is now chaired by Paolo Scaron, while Massimo Calvelli occupies the position of CEO. The board of directors is completed by Gerry Cardinale, Stefano Cocirio, Randy Lewis Levine, Riccardo Stefanelli, Robert Jay Klein, David Castelblanco and Alfredo Craca. As lawyer Felice Raimondo recalled on X, this composition allows the council to reach the minimum of nine members provided for by article 15 of the club’s statutes.
