The French team should make a stop at the Union Saint-Gilloise training center in Zaventem before their clash against Belgium scheduled for Monday, September 28, announces DHNet. The day after their trip to Türkiye, on Friday 25, Zinédine Zidane, Kylian Mbappé and the Blues must travel directly to Brussels from Istanbul. The French Federation was then looking for a discreet place to organize a closed session on Saturday, far from the agitation surrounding this poster against the Red Devils. Its choice fell on the Union’s facilities, inaugurated last year.

The arrival of the French must, however, still be definitively validated by the Belgian club, which is in discussions with the FFF in order to settle the final organizational aspects. The Union will have to adapt its program in particular to be able to host the selection in good conditions. This session will not replace official training the day before the match: as usual before a match played in Brussels, the Blues must discover the Heysel pitch on Sunday. The visit to Zaventem would therefore only constitute an intermediate step in their preparation after their trip from Turkey.
