A survey carried out by Marca among its Internet users gives the advantage to Kylian Mbappé compared to Lamine Yamal in the race for the Ballon d’Or. Fabian Ruiz comes in third position.

Since the campaign for the Ballon d’Or is currently in full swing, Marca has decided to carry out a survey among its Internet users to find out who will win the precious trophy, in a month, on the London side.

Obviously, seen from Spain, or at least for the Spanish, this Ballon d’Or should be played between Kylian Mbappé and Lamine Yamal. And it is the Real Madrid striker who would be ahead (quite a little) of that of FC Barcelona, with 24% of the votes for the captain of the Blues, against 23% for the world champion.

Ousmane Dembélé very far from Kylian Mbappé

We will notice that it is two La Liga players who are popular, and that it is a Spaniard who comes in third position. This is Fabian Ruiz, the man who achieved the Champions League-World Cup double, who received 17% of the votes. He is clearly ahead of Rodri, fourth in the poll with 8% of the votes.

Failing to announce the final ranking, this survey at least allows us to see who burst the screen in the eyes of Spanish Internet users, and who remained behind. Thus, certain players, seen in France as potential suitors, arrive quite far. This is particularly the case of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (9th), and especially of Ousmane Dembélé (11th), the outgoing winner, or even of Michael Olise (14th).
