This Monday, the fourth day of the Premier League offered us an interesting duel between Leeds United and Newcastle. A match quickly taken in hand by the locals. While no home team had won in this 4th day, the Peacocks played well in the first period. Imposing its pace, Leeds found the fault shortly after the half-hour mark on a strike from Ao Tanaka which was blocked by several Magpies players including Lewis Miley and ended in the back of the net (1-0, 32nd).

A few seconds later, home scorer Dominic Calvert-Lewins took charge of doubling the lead, but the goal was attributed to Jayden Bogle against his camp (2-0, 34th). Then the former Everton player finally scored a goal just before the break (3-0, 45th +1). Better, in the second half, Ellan Road capsized again thanks to a new pawn signed Noah Okafor (4-0, 59th). At the very end of the match, Newcastle saved the honor with a goal from Bazoumana Touré (4-1, 90th). With this 4-1 victory, Leeds United continued their great start to the season and climbed to third place with 8 points. Newcastle are in twelfth place.
