After a mixed start to the season, Paris Saint-Germain travels to Brest this Sunday evening (8:45 p.m.), for the fourth day of Ligue 1. Still undefeated after three matches, the Bretons currently occupy seventh place with five points, while the capital club has still not won a single match in the league (two draws and one defeat). The Parisians, however, arrive fired up after their great success against Slovan Bratislava (6-1) in the Champions League on Wednesday.
On the Brest side, Julien Lachuer should keep his 4-2-3-1, with Egil Selvik in goal. Kenny Lala should be present on the right side, alongside Raphaël Le Guen, Gautier Lloris and Bradley Locko in defense. In the middle, Joris Chotard and Hugo Magnetti should form the double pivot, while Giovani Versini, Kamory Doumbia and Pathé Mboup will be responsible for feeding Ludovic Ajorque. Top scorer in Ligue 1 with four goals after three days, Doumbia will obviously be one of the main threats to the Parisian defense. Brest will nevertheless have to deal with the absences of Brendan Chardonnet and Mamady Diambou.

Opposite, Luis Enrique should also stay true to his principles with a 4-3-3. Matvey Safonov is expected in goal, behind a defense made up of Achraf Hakimi, Marquinhos, Willian Pacho and Nuno Mendes, back after serving his suspension in Ligue 1. In the midfield, Vitinha should be accompanied by João Neves and Warren Zaire-Emery. Up front, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia could find a starting place alongside Ousmane Dembélé and Désiré Doué while Ferran Torres would start on the bench.
On paper, PSG is therefore starting with a particularly competitive team to try to finally achieve its first victory of the season in the championship. But Brest, undefeated since the start of the exercise and carried by Kamory Doumbia in great form, will have arguments to make in front of its public. The Parisians nevertheless remain on four consecutive victories against the Brestois and will have to take advantage of their European dynamic to truly launch their season in Ligue 1.
