The first day of the Champions League is finally over. Spread over three days, it saw French clubs experience different destinies. After LOSC’s defeat at home against Betis (1-2), Paris Saint-Germain largely won at the Parc des Princes against Slovan Bratislava (6-1).
This evening, RC Lens had an incredible evening. In numerical superiority, but led twice, the northern club was able to work hard to win 3 goals to 2. In the rankings, Paris is taking advantage of its great success to take first place, ahead of Bayern Munich and FC Barcelona. Lens is tenth and LOSC is 23rd. Note that Bodo/Glimt is last.
