RB Leipzig continues to look insistently towards Ligue 1. Accustomed to banking on young players with high potential, the German club has this time set its sights on two elements of Racing Club de Strasbourg. According to our information, Samir El Mourabet and Diego Moreira are among the two priority tracks for the Bundesliga team.

The profile of the two Strasbourg residents greatly appealed to German leaders, convinced by their potential and their offensive qualities. El Mourabet (20 years old) has gradually established himself as one of the leaders in the racing world, while the piston Moreira (22 years old) already has more experience at the highest level. Two profiles which fully correspond to the sports policy focused on young people of RB Leipzig.

Both players are ready to join Leipzig

According to our information, discussions have already started between RB Leipzig and RC Strasbourg in order to study the feasibility of the two operations. Both El Mourabet and Moreira are excited about joining Leipzig. Discussions continue between the different parties and the Bundesliga club hopes to quickly progress negotiations.

While the Moroccan international (9 selections) and the Belgian international (4 selections) are respectively under contract until 2030 and 2029 with the RCSA, RB Leipzig has now set its pawns. It now remains to be seen whether Strasbourg will agree to part with two of its most promising young players during the same transfer window, after already having other executives in its team such as Valentín Barco or even Emanuel Emegha.
