Didier Deschamps closes a historic chapter with the French team. After fourteen years at the head of the Blues, the coach led his final meeting this Saturday against England, concluded with a defeat in the match for third place in the 2026 World Cup (4-6). Arriving in the summer of 2012, a few weeks after the Euro, the former 1998 world champion captain will have deeply marked the history of the French selection, both by his longevity and by the results obtained.
