The long history between Paris Saint-Germain and the American equipment manufacturer Nike will continue. According to The Teamthe two-time Champions League winner club has reached an agreement with the sportswear giant for an extension until 2037, six years before the end of the current contract between the two entities.
Associated with the PSG jersey since 1989, Nike therefore did not see itself letting one of its flagship teams slip away. The sports daily also reports that this lease extension is accompanied by a clear financial increase, since this new deal will bring in nearly 100 million euros per year for the club chaired by Nasser Al-Khelaïfi. PSG will also have one of the most lucrative contracts in the world with that of FC Barcelona, which extended its partnership with Nike in November 2024 until 2038 for a sum of 1.7 billion euros, according to Iberian media. Also note that PSG remains, for the moment, the only football club associated with the “Jordan” brand (since 2018), thus strengthening the good understanding between the Parisian club and its historic equipment supplier.
