Cristiano Ronaldo has been asked if he would trade his Champions League trophies for a World Cup win in a polygraph test.

The Portuguese superstar has won European football’s biggest individual award five times. The first of those successes came during his first spell at Manchester United, while the other four came with Real Madrid.

Ronaldo, who has also represented Sporting, Juventus and Al-Nassr during his remarkable career, is the all-time top scorer in the Champions League with 140 goals. He has also scored more national goals (123) than any other player and has 200 caps with Portugal.

He helped his country win the European Championship in 2016 and the Nations League in 2019, but never won the World Cup, unlike his eternal rival Lionel Messi, who clinched the title in 2022. Ronaldo was asked if the failure of FIFA’s showpiece event was eating away at him.

Ronaldo admits going polygraph is one of his ‘toughest challenges’. The 38-year-old has nowhere to hide as he answers yes or no to a series of questions meant to reveal his true feelings on a number of topics. The full video is coming out very soon. To be watched with impatience…
