The 27-year-old defender finally learned this Friday that he will be tried for “rape” in the coming months. “The multitude of exculpatory elements revealed by the investigation and the judicial information would, in any other case, have led to the dismissal of the case. Achraf Hakimi’s defense deplores the fact that the consequences have not been drawn from the contradictions and lies of the civil party, from her concealments from the judicial authority, from her obstructions to the manifestation of the truth and even from her psychological expertise documenting her ambivalence and her lack of lucidity about the events she denounced.
