A few days after its second consecutive coronation in the Champions League, obtained by dominating Arsenal in the final, Paris Saint-Germain confirms its influence well beyond Île-de-France. According to a CSA study carried out on May 31 and June 1 among 1,511 French people, 73% of those questioned now consider PSG to be a popular club nationally and 67% say they have a good image of it.
The survey also highlights the club’s impact on the image of French football: 74% of French people believe that PSG contributes to France’s international influence and 71% that it promotes French football. Supported by a team associated with talent, work and the collective, the Parisian team arouses a shared feeling of pride, particularly among the younger generations, 83% of whom say they are proud that such a team represents France at the highest European level.
