White season or not, Real Madrid remains Real Madrid. Despite a very disappointing 2025-2026 financial year, both on a sporting and non-sporting level – like the conflict between Federico Valverde and Aurélien Tchouaméni – Casa Blanca is spoiled for choice as the summer transfer window approaches.
With José Mourinho approaching, the Madrid club continues to attract the biggest stars of world football according to the newspaper A.S.. The one most interested in the idea of joining the Spanish capital is Enzo Fernandez. The 2022 world champion is making a lot of effort and pushing internally in order to leave Chelsea despite a contract that runs until 2032 (!).
The name of Joško Gvardiol also comes up insistently on the Madrid side. The Croatian central defender wants to come, but Manchester City doesn’t really see it that way. He still has two years left to honor with the Skyblues, who paid 90 million euros to recruit him from RB Leipzig in 2023.
Vitinha and Neves to Real Madrid?
Other avenues are also mentioned within Real Madrid. Those of long standing like Ibrahima Konaté, officially leaving Liverpool and free to commit wherever he wishes. Always according to A.S.the Frenchman is being followed very closely, but no concrete offer has yet been made.
Finally, the most ambitious leading to the double European champions Vitinha and Joao Neves. For the two Portuguese midfielders, it is difficult to imagine a departure from Paris Saint-Germain, but you never know. The upcoming Casa Blanca presidential elections will perhaps reshuffle the cards.
