Adrien Rabiot is more uncertain than ever regarding his future after the dismissal of Massimiliano Allegri at AC Milan.

Adrien Rabiot’s season is about to end the same way it began, that is to say in total uncertainty. Transferred at the last minute of the summer transfer window to AC Milan after the incidents that occurred at Olympique de Marseille at the end of August, the midfielder could already leave Lombardy.

Not because of his individual performances, he who is the sixth most used player in the squad this season, but rather because of the dismissal of Massimiliano Allegri. The Italian coach having failed to qualify for the next edition of the Champions League by finishing in fifth place in the Serie A standings, synonymous with the Europa League.

In fact, the Gazzetta dello Sport recalls that the midfielder had joined Milan largely to find his “mentor”, who had requested his arrival. The two men rubbed shoulders with Juventus Turin in 2019, then between 2021 and 2024.

Adrien Rabiot must make a choice

The departure of the Italian tactician could lead to that of Adrien Rabiot. When Allegri left Turin, the Frenchman did the same by refusing to extend his contract. The management of the Rossoneri is therefore waiting to know if the motivation of the former Parisian, under contract until 2028, will still be the same next season.

It is also important to remember that Rabiot has not played in the Champions League since November 2, 2022. On that date, Juve was eliminated from the group stages after a defeat against Paris Saint-Germain at home (1-2).
