The Derby della Mole scheduled for this Sunday evening between Torino and Juventus turned into total chaos even before kick-off. Violent clashes broke out outside the stadium, marked by the throwing of bottles, stones and smoke bombs, particularly targeting the Juventus players’ bus. The scuffles left one of the Bianconeri supporters seriously injured, hospitalized in critical condition for head trauma, pushing the Juventus ultras to demand that the match not be played.

Ultimately, the match took place with a kickoff delayed by more than an hour. And nothing went as planned for Juve, already condemned to the Europa League before the outcome of the meeting with the victories of AS Roma and Como. After a double from Vlahovic to put the Old Lady on the right track (24th, 54th), Torino reacted with goals from Casadei (1-2, 61st) and Che Adams (2-2, 84th). With this draw, Juventus finished in sixth place, synonymous with the Europa League. The other club from Turin finished twelfth.
