Considered a future talent in Spanish football, Gabri Veiga has chosen the rewarding destination of the Saudi championship.

In mid-August, the media announced that the transfer of Gabri Veiga to Naples was almost done. This Saturday, August 26, the Celta Vigo player formalized his commitment to Al-Ahli.

At 21, the Spanish midfielder preferred the Saudi Arabian Championship to the Champions League and Serie A with the winners of the Scudetto 2023.

Gabri Veiga has signed a three-year contract with the team in which Roberto Firmino, Riyad Mahrez and Allan Saint-Maximin play.

It seems that the financial argument of the Saudi Pro League convinced the finalist of the European Championship hopes last month.
