Already crowned champions before kick-off against Paris FC, Paris Saint-Germain had to celebrate their 14th title in an unusual setting, on the Jean-Bouin pitch, a few meters from the Parc des Princes. In the absence of a party in their enclosure after the match, prohibited by the authorities, the trophy presentation took place before the warm-up, in an express setting and a very special atmosphere, with boos from part of the public and a forced celebration on the pitch.
The ceremony notably brought together Vincent Labrune, Nasser Al-Khelaifi and Emmanuel Grégoire for a quick presentation of the trophy. The Parisians still raised their cup in front of their ultras present at Jean-Bouin, officially closing a championship season already played, but without the usual fervor of a celebration at the Park.
