Habib Beye and Medhi Benatia are not likely to continue their journey together. Neither of them will – probably – still be at Olympique de Marseille next season.

Medhi Benatia arrived unofficially at OM as sports advisor in November 2023, before being officially appointed sports director in January 2025. According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, he was recently interviewed to become the new football director of Al Ittihad (Saudi Arabia).
