Still according to the sports daily, several meetings have already taken place between Lorenzi and the company responsible for advising the future Marseille president Stéphane Richard, whose official arrival is planned for the beginning of July. Eager to take a step forward in his career, the current Brest sports director, who will leave his position at the end of the season, would welcome the possibility of joining a club as exposed as OM.
A verbal agreement with OGC Nice
But this issue could cause some tensions elsewhere in Ligue 1. Because before Marseille’s interest, OGC Nice seemed to be holding the rope to welcome Lorenzi.
