Warren Zaire-Emery spoke to the press this Tuesday about the future team composition concocted by Luis Enrique for Bayern-PSG.

A week after managing to win at the last minute at the Parc des Princes (5-4), Paris Saint-Germain meets Bayern Munich on Wednesday evening, for the Champions League semi-final return leg. There will be a little change in the Parisian team composition. Without much surprise, Warren Zaire-Emery should take Achraf Hakimi’s place in the right lane of defense.

Injured on the way out, the Moroccan full-back has still not recovered. If Luis Enrique has made a habit of not revealing anything about his compositions before the day of the game, the presence of Zaire-Emery in the Hakimi position is practically certain. Present at a pre-match press conference this Tuesday, the Parisian “Titi” raised the subject. “We are all ready for this match, there is nothing that changes from usual. We’ll find out tomorrow at the chat who’s playing. »

And Warren Zaire-Emery talks about the way of working imposed by Luis Enrique, which allows the same player to occupy different positions. “We have this ability to always move, always change, to play in all positions. We all know what we have to do depending on the areas where we are (…). No matter where I am put, I will prepare myself the same way. »

What role for Désiré Doué during Bayern-PSG?

The main unknown on the PSG side concerns the midfielder. Will Fabian Ruiz be lined up alongside Vitinha and Joao Neves? Will the attack be made up of Ousmane Dembélé, Bradley Barcola and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia? Unless Luis Enrique prefers to start with Désiré Doué very slightly lower and Barcola more focused on transitions.

For the rest, no surprises on the defense side with Marquinhos, Willian Pacho and Nuno Mendes, while Matvey Safonov will find his place in front of the Paris goal after being rested last weekend against FC Lorient (2-2, 32nd day of Ligue 1).
