Jesse Derry will long remember his very first appearance in the Premier League, aged just 18. The young English striker from Chelsea saw his team lose against Nottingham Forest, but he especially left his teammates after a violent clash with Zach Abbott. This evening, the Blues have just given news of their player.

“Jesse Derry was taken to hospital as a precaution after being substituted in the first half in today’s Premier League match against Nottingham Forest. Jesse is conscious, able to speak and is currently undergoing precautionary tests. We wish him a speedy recovery and thank the medical staff for their rapid response”indicates the London club.
