Paris Saint-Germain took a serious option on qualifying for the Champions League final after a convincing campaign against AS Monaco, Chelsea and Liverpool. Opposed to Bayern Munich in the semi-final, the Parisians won a spectacular first act at the Parc des Princes (5-4), before a decisive return match at the Allianz Arena.
Beyond the field, the meeting was also marked by a joint initiative of two executives from the same district of Évreux: Ousmane Dembélé on the PSG side and Dayot Upamecano on the Bayern side. The two internationals invited residents of Madeleine to attend the meeting, transported and equipped in the colors of their clubs.
“Two buses will leave from Madeleine towards the Parc des Princes. It is the initiative of both players. They agreed to be able to invite people from their neighborhood, all expenses paid, with the little jersey that goes with it.”one of them rejoiced at the microphone of Canal +, on the eve of the clash between PSG and Bayern.
An injured spectator
But the evening was tarnished by a serious incident in the stands. According to Bild, “a bloody incident occurred during the match”. A spectator present in the
frame of these invitations was injured after receiving a glass bottle in the face, causing a cut and bleeding. Projectiles were launched several times from an area where there were supporters wearing Bavarian jerseys, creating tension in the stands of the Parc des Princes.
To illustrate its information, Bild is based on a video posted on Instagram by the account @zolograttetout. The images show a young man holding his head bleeding, going down the stairs of the stand before being taken care of and evacuated, while several spectators alert the stadium security services.
