While Alvaro Arbeloa’s future is very uncertain, Kylian Mbappé liked a post mentioning the return of a well-known former coach to Real Madrid…

Real Madrid offered itself a little calm by beating Alaves (2-1) on Tuesday evening in La Liga, with goals from Kylian Mbappé and Vinicius Jr. But there is still a scent of crisis within the White House, where we are heading towards a new season without a major trophy, the second in a row.

Appointed during the season after the departure of Xabi Alonso, Alvaro Arbeloa should not continue his mission next season. There is therefore a place to be taken on the Merengues bench, and the name of Didier Deschamps is one of those circulating around the Spanish capital.

In the meantime, a post liked in recent hours by Mbappé is of great interest to the Madrid press. This is a publication from Score90, which discusses the possible return to Real Madrid of a certain José Mourinho.

Mbappé with Mourinho, is that yes?

The post evokes the 2011-2012 season of Real Madrid, which won La Liga with a fiery attack (121 goals in 38 matches), driven by the XXL season of Cristiano Ronaldo (60 goals in total, 46 in La Liga).

Score90 says that Mourinho could recreate the Real of that era, with Mbappé in the role of Ronaldo, and Arda Güler in that of Mesut Özil (both are also present in the visual). Obviously, the prospect would please a certain Kylian de Bondy…
